How long does it take to get my reading?▾

What's the difference between the Free, Full, and Bundle readings?▾
The free reading gives you a short glimpse: your core element, a quick overview, and a taste of what's in the full picture. The Full Birth Map Reading unlocks your complete profile, including career, relationships, life season, and more. The Bundle includes everything in the Full Reading plus a Compatibility Reading with someone else.
Can I get a refund?▾
Because each reading is generated instantly and personalised to your birth details, we're generally unable to offer refunds once your report has been delivered. If something goes wrong on our end, for example you were charged but never received your reading, or you were charged twice by mistake, contact us and we'll sort it out. Nothing in this policy affects your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
